I'M NEW TO YOUR LAUNDROMAT, HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?
Simply bring your basket of dirty duds and preferred detergent into our store. We offer 3 washing machine and 3 dryer sizes to cater for the smallest to largest of loads. Place your items into your chosen machine, add detergent, close the door and make your preference on the machine (cold, warm, hot, delicate etc). To make payment simply tap your card on the card reader attached to the front of your machine, press start and then kick back and enjoy our free WIFI while we do all the dirty work.
WHAT IF I NEED ASSISTANCE WHILST IN YOUR STORE?
Our contact details are available in store, simply give us a call. Alternatively, please see additional contact methods at the bottom of this website. We have high quality cameras which allow us to see everything that has or is taking place, including the messages and selections on the machines. We are also able to remote start every machine. In most cases we can resolve your problem on the spot and get you on your way to clean laundry.
CAN I WASH OR DRY ONLY?
Yes! We are here to accomodate your needs. If it's a beautiful day outside and you just want to wash all your items in one foul swoop, take it home and dry on the line. We would love for you to do that. If you are able to wash all your own clothes but getting them dry is the problem, come on in and use our super efficient gas dryers. AND..... If the need is to get EVERYTHING washed, dried, folded and out the door in a little over an hour, we welcome this too.
CAN I USE MY OWN DETERGENT AND SOFTENERS?
Yes. We understand everyone has their own preferences and skin sensitivities. Please bring your preferred detergents. The neighbouring Friendly Grocer also has some detergents available for purchase.
IM A LOCAL BUSINESS, DO YOU OFFER A TAX RECEIPT?
Yes. Local business are welcome and we are able to provide you with a receipt for your purchase. We also have a loyalty program and quiet period incentives. Please contact us for more information.
DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?
No. We are a full cashless payment system. All major cards accepted. We also offer a loyalty program through the Speed Queen App.
DO YOU HAVE ONSITE PARKING?
Yes! we have plenty of FREE onsite parking.
DO YOU ALLOW PET BEDDING?
Yes. We have a dedicated machine for pet bedding.
ARE YOU OPEN PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?
Yes. We are open 5am - 11:30pm daily, 7 days a week & 365 days a year.
