IN-STORE DROP & GO LAUNDRY LOCKERS
Select an open locker. Choose from Wash, Dry, Fold or Hanger Lockers (Hanger option best for ironing).
Load in your laundry and close the door.
Lock your locker by entering ANY 4 numbers on the locker pin pad and then press the key symbol. The door should now be locked.
CHECK IN YOUR LAUNDRY ORDER
Once you have created your account in Clean Could, make a booking by selecting the 'Let's Go!' button.
Select Lockers, choose the style of locker and enter the locker number you have placed your laundry in.
LAUNDRY SERVICE SELECTION
Select the laundry service you would like us to provide and press the blue continue button.
Confirm your order by checking all the details are correct and Submit.
If this is your first order you will be prompted to add in your payment details for pre authorisation. You will only need to provide these details once.
ORDER PROCESSING & COLLECTION
We will wash, dry, fold, or iron your laundry as per your preferences.
Once processed, your nominated card will be charged and a text message and/ or email will be sent to notify you your laundry is ready for collection.
You will be sent the locker number and unique PIN to retrieve your clean laundry.
Please collect within 24 hours of receiving your notification or your laundry will be removed and a collection time will need to be arranged.

HOW MANY LOCKERS ARE AVAILABLE?
We have 9 x Wash, Dry, Fold Lockers and 4 lockers available for hanging Ironing.
Lockers are emptied daily to ensure the maximum amount of lockers are available for drop off orders.
WHEN ARE THE LOCKERS AVAILABLE FOR DROP OFF AND COLLECTION?
Drop & Go Laundry Lockers are available during our trading hours, 5am -11:30pm everyday.
WHAT CAN I PUT INTO THE LAUNDRY LOCKERS?
Anything machine washable can be checked into the Drop & Go Laundry Lockers.
We have options for clothing, bedding, doonas, mattress toppers, work uniforms and even pet bedding.
WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FROM DROP OFF TO RECEIVING NOTIFICATION ITS READY FOR COLLECTION?
Monday - Thursday check in will be available within 24 hours of your laundry being placed into a locker.
Orders lodged after Friday 11am may not be cleaned until Monday and may not be processed in our system and marked available until Tuesday.
If you have express requirements, please contact us prior to booking, we will do our best to meet your needs.
ARE THE DROP & GO LAUNDRY LOCKERS AVAILABLE ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?
Lockers are available for drop off and collection on Public Holidays.
Orders placed on a Public Holiday will be processed next business day and available within the following 24 hours.
For urgent orders please contact us prior to booking a Drop & Go Laundry Locker and if we can meet your needs we will.
DO I NEED TO PREPARE MY LAUNDRY BEFORE PUTTING THEM INTO THE DROP & GO LAUNDRY LOCKERS?
Yes. It's your responsibility to ensure all items dropped in for our laundry service are machine washable and suitable for tumble dry.
Please ensure all pockets are empty and free from tissues, screws, gum, lighters, lipstick or any items that might damage your laundry or machines.
You are welcome to pre-treat stains and seperate lights and darks if you require seperate loads.
WHAT DO I LEAVE MY LAUNDRY IN WHEN CHECKING INTO THE DROP & GO LAUNDRY LOCKERS?
Dirty laundry can be placed into our Drop & Go Laundry Lockers -
In a disposable garbage bag
Laundry Basket
Reusable Laundry Bag.
Once cleaned your laundry will be -
Returned in a clean plastic laundry bag
Folded neatly back into your cleaned laundry basket
Returned into a clean Reusable Laundry Bag
HOW MUCH DOES OUR DROP & GO LAUNDRY LOCKERS COST?
Our laundry Service is available in three sizes, Small 10kg, Medium 18kg, Large 27kg. We work on volume and what fits into a machine and not actual weight. Pricing will be charged based on what combination of our machines are used.

SUITABILITY FOR LAUNDERING
By using any of our wash, dry, fold + iron services you agree that all laundry items are suitable to be machine washed and tumble dried on our standard cycle and that all fabrics are able to be ironed. The Speedy Bubble will not be held responsible for any damages to laundry pieces due to unsuitability for this type of laundry service.
DAMAGED LAUNDRY
The Speedy Bubble will do everything possible to prevent damage to your laundry, however there are limitations to what we can do. Help us help you! We will not be held responsible for the following:
We kindly request that you thoroughly check all of your laundry and pockets before we launder your clothes. We do not have the time or capability to check that your laundry and pockets are empty and will not be held responsible for any damaged or lost items in this regard (eg: lipstick, pens, chewing gum, jewellery, screws etc).
Please ensure you check the wash instructions before engaging our services. If an item is “dry-clean only” or unsuitable for our services, do not include it in the laundry you provide us.
WEAR AND TEAR ON LAUNDRY
At The Speedy Bubble we take the greatest care with all of your items, however, no matter how gentle we are, the laundering processes do incur normal wear and tear on your laundry. We will not be held responsible for any wear and tear, including fading, abrasions, holes, fatiguing or loss of buttons. We reserve the right to refuse items that could be unsuitable for our services.
WASH LOADS
Please be aware as standard procedure, all of your items are washed together in the one load. We cannot be held accountable for the bleeding of colours or changes to the size and fit of laundry items. If you would like items washed separately (ie: whites & darks) we ask that you inform us at time of drop off or make the 'whites load' selection online or in the App. Our staff will then separate your laundry and use 2 washing machines for the service which requires an additional charge from $6-$12 depending on the load size.
LOST LAUNDRY
Whilst we take every precaution to ensure all your laundry is returned to you, it would be counter productive for us to inventory each item. We cannot be held responsible for any lost laundry as we have no efficient way of substantiating each item received. However, we do carefully track you items through tagging where applicable and your laundry is never loose on our premises unless inside a machine, on the folding table or being tended to by a staff member. If you believe that you are missing an item, please contact us within 24 hours so we have the best chance of locating if lost on our premises.
