We expertly clean and finish uniforms, high-visibility apparel, work shirts, trousers, jackets and protective clothing so they return fresh, hygienic and presentation-ready. Cancellation Policy
LAUNDRY SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please read these terms before using our Wash, Dry, Fold (WDF) and Ironing services. For more information, visit our Terms of Service page located in our website's footer. LOAD SIZE & PRICING While our machines are rated in kilograms, we calculate load size by volume: Small (9/10kg): fits 1 standard laundry basket Medium (18kg): fits 2 baskets Large (27kg): fits 3–4 baskets or 2 large baskets We select the most economical size to clean your laundry properly. Unsure of your load size? Just note on your booking that you'd like a quote before we proceed. CANCELLATIONS Bookings can be cancelled online up to 1 hour before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations made within 1 hour, or failure to leave laundry out, will incur a delivery fee. Call us for help with rescheduling if needed. SUITABILITY OF ITEMS By using our services, you confirm your laundry is suitable for machine washing, tumble drying, and ironing. We are not liable for damage to items that are not suited to these processes. DAMAGED ITEMS We are not responsible for damage due to items left in pockets (e.g. pens, gum, jewellery) or items that require special care. Please check labels and remove unsuitable items before submitting your laundry. WEAR AND TEAR While we treat your laundry with care, general wear and tear (fading, shrinking, loose threads, missing buttons) may occur. We may refuse items that are too delicate or inappropriate for our machines. WASH LOADS All laundry is washed together unless otherwise requested. If you'd like lights and darks separated, please do so before drop-off and let us know via notes or in person. Separate washing may incur an extra charge ($6–$18, depending on load size). LOST ITEMS While we take great care, we do not inventory each item and cannot be held responsible for missing pieces. Please contact us within 24 hours if you believe something is missing. We tag where possible and keep your laundry contained at all times.
