SELF-SERVICE USE OF OUR MACHINES - TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please carefully select the appropriate machine capacity by volume and not by weight to ensure you do not overload the machine. By overloading the machines, your items are not able to circulate and be cleaned properly and may require you to repeat the cycle.
We strongly recommend you do not leave any items unattended, as we are not responsible for any theft of your items, although we are happy to assist with recovery where possible.
Please ensure you thoroughly check the washing machine/dryer is empty before placing your items in for use. We take no responsibility for any damage caused by remaining items or residue from the previous user.
Please be considerate of other guests wishing to use the laundromat equipment. We recommend you take note of your machine's completion time and be available to promptly remove your garments within 10 minutes of the machine's completed wash or dry cycle.
We reserve the right to remove your items from our machines and place them in a plastic bag or basket in the condition they were found. We do not have storage facilities for lost property or forgotten items. We can only retain items for 24 hours. Any items not claimed within this period will be donated to a local charity.

DAMAGED LAUNDRY
The Speedy Bubble will do everything possible to prevent damage to your laundry; however, there are limitations to what we can do. Help us help you! We kindly request that you thoroughly check all of your laundry and pockets before laundering your clothes. We will not be held responsible for any damaged or lost items in this regard (e.g, lipstick, pen, chewing gum, jewellery, lighters, screws, etc).
Please ensure you check the washing instructions before using our equipment. If an item is “dry-clean only” or "unsuitable for machine wash" or commercial dryers, please remove it from your wash/dry pile before placing it in our machines.

WEAR AND TEAR ON GARMENTS
At The Speedy Bubble, we take the greatest care with all of your items; however, no matter how gentle we are, the laundering processes does incur normal wear and tear on your laundry. We will not be held responsible for any wear and tear, including fading, abrasions, holes, fatiguing or loss of buttons.

MISCELLANEOUS
All of our machines are to be operated by capable adults only. All children on the premises are to be supervised by an adult at all times.
As our business changes, we may want to modify some of the terms and conditions in this agreement. Therefore, we encourage you to check back frequently to familiarise yourself with any changes.

CONDUCT
At The Speedy Bubble, we try to present ourselves in a courteous and professional manner at all times. Accordingly, we expect our customers to conduct themselves in a manner that is acceptable to other patrons and our property. We reserve the right to have any person removed from the premises if not behaving in an acceptable manner.

DETERMINING LOAD SIZE
Whilst our machines are rated in KG (this is an industry standard measure) our laundry service is calculated on volume and what will fit inside the drum. We offer 3 sizes.
Small - using our 9/10kg washer. These usually fit 1 standard laundry basket.
Medium - using our 18kg washers. These usually fit 2 standard laundry baskets.
Large - using our 27kg washers. These usually fit 3-4 standard laundry baskets or 2 large laundry baskets.
Your laundry service can be a combination of sizes and we will use what is most economical for our customers whilst ensuring we use the correct size to get your load clean. If you are unsure of your load size, in the note section of the booking form please request we call with a quote before processing your order.

CANCELATION OF YOUR LAUNDRY SERVICE WHEN BOOKING ONLINE
Customers are able to cancel their booking up to 1 hour before scheduled pick up time. Cancellation with less than one hours notice, no answer or failing to leave your order out for collection will result in a delivery fee being charged to your account.
Customers are able to cancel and reschedule their own bookings online or you can call our friendly staff and we can do this for you.

SUITABILITY FOR LAUNDERING
By using any of our wash, dry, fold + iron services, you agree that all laundry items are suitable to be machine washed and tumble dried on our standard cycle and that all fabrics are able to be ironed. The Speedy Bubble will not be held responsible for any damages to laundry pieces due to unsuitability for this type of laundry service.

Please ensure you check the washing instructions before engaging our services. If an item is “dry-clean only” or unsuitable for our services, do not include it in the laundry you provide us.

WASH LOADS
Please be aware as standard procedure, all of your items are washed together in the one load. We cannot be held accountable for the bleeding of colours or changes to the size and fit of laundry items. If you would like items washed separately (i.e, whites & darks), we ask that you inform us at the time of drop off or inform us in the 'notes' section when booking online. If you would like lights and darks separated, please do this before dropping off your laundry. Our staff will place your separated laundry into 2 washing machines for the service. This may incur an additional charge from $6-$18, depending on the load size.
LOST LAUNDRY
Whilst we take every precaution to ensure all your laundry is returned to you, it is not possible for us to inventory each item. We cannot be held responsible for any lost laundry, as we have no efficient way of substantiating each item received. However, we do carefully track your items through tagging where applicable, and your laundry is never loose on our premises unless inside a machine, on the folding table or being tended to by a staff member. If you believe that you are missing an item, please contact us within 24 hours so we have the best chance of locating if lost on our premises.
