Most of our machines automatically dispense professional laundry products for convenience and consistent results. Customers who prefer to use their own products also have options available at both locations.

The detergent used in all wash cycles is Y factor. The fabric softener with built in sanitiser (referred to as a sour by the supplier) is Heritage. Our Commercial Wash Cycles use an additional two products, Liq Break & Utility. Our commercial medium and heavy washes contain 4 different detergents electronically measured and dosed into our machines at various stages of the wash cycle. The detergents we use are: Unity- Water softener used in laundry to combat the negative effects of hard water, which contains high levels of minerals like calcium and magnesium.These minerals can cause clothes to become stiff, dull, and faded, and also lead to increased detergent usage and potential damage to washing machines due to scale buildup. A water softener replaces these minerals with sodium ions, resulting in softer, brighter clothes and improved cleaning efficiency. Y Factor - High concentration detergent with excellent suspending and water conditioning properties. It has built-in emulsifiers combined with water-softening agents, it is very effective on all soils. Ideally combined with our Heritage water softener to produce excellent results. Liq Break- Breakwash detergent is a specialized laundry additive used in commercial and industrial laundries to tackle heavily soiled fabrics, especially those with greasy or protein-based stains. It's designed to be used in the initial "break" or "pre-wash" cycle of a laundering process, acting as a powerful stain remover and soil emulsifier. Heritage - Organic sour and conditioner. Softens hard finished materials, reduces static electricity and linting and reduces alkalinity in the final rinse softening to a neutral pH level. This product contains a natural sanitiser. At The Speedy Bubble, we understand that some customers prefer a milder wash option, especially when choosing low-scent or fragrance-free laundry products. We have wash options available without fabric softener, which we recommend for customers who prefer to use a mild detergent with little to no fragrance. North Lakes (Mango Hill) Our North Lakes (Mango Hill) store has selected machines that are not connected to the Auto Suds system. These machines allow you to add your own detergent directly. Burpengary East Our Burpengary East store has two wash cycles available that do not dispense detergent: Mixed Similar to our Normal Wash cycle, but without detergent automatically dispensed. Cotton Similar to our Heavy Wash cycle, but without detergent automatically dispensed. For best results at our Burpengary East store, we recommend the use of laundry pods directly into the drum before starting your wash.
