Laundry Lockers
Our Laundry Lockers provide a secure and convenient way to drop off and collect your laundry without needing to visit during staffed hours.
Located inside both The Speedy Bubble laundromats, our lockers can be used for any of our laundry services including Wash, Dry & Fold, Doona Washing, NDIS Laundry Services and Commercial Laundry.
The lockers are simply a secure storage point between drop-off and collection. The laundry service, pricing and turnaround times remain the same regardless of how you choose to drop off your laundry.
Step by Step Guide
to placing a locker order
Before You Arrive
To use our Laundry Lockers, text LOCKER to 0483 926 662.
We'll send you a link to create your account through our online booking system.
You can complete your account setup from home before arriving at the store to save time.
Please note that your locker order must be created while you are in-store because you'll need to enter the locker number you have used.
Finding An Available Locker
All locker doors are numbered.
North Lakes (Mango Hill)
Locker doors are normally kept closed.
To find an available locker, simply pull on the locker doors until you find one that is unlocked.
Burpengary East
Available lockers have the lock mechanism protruding and a green indicator band visible.
You may need to twist the protruding lock to open the locker door.
Placing Your Laundry In The Locker
Place your laundry inside the locker and secure the door.
For easiest fitment, we recommend bringing your laundry in flexible laundry bags rather than rigid laundry baskets.
If required, you may use multiple lockers for a single order. Please let us know if you have done so in the Notes section.
Our reusable Speedy Bubble laundry bags are also available for purchase from our in-store vending machines at a cost of $25 each. If you plan to place future orders, simply request 'please add laundry bag' in the notes section when placing your order and we will return the clean laundry in your new bag.
Locking The Locker
North Lakes (Mango Hill)

Close the locker door.

Enter any four-digit PIN.

Press the key symbol on the bottom right of the keypad.
To reopen the locker, enter the same four-digit PIN and press the key symbol.
Burpengary East

Close the locker door.
-
Ensure the lock is positioned correctly and the door cannot be pulled open.

Enter your chosen four-digit PIN.

Enter the same four-digit PIN again.

Push the lock in until it sits flush with the keypad.
To reopen the locker, enter your PIN. The lock will pop out. Twist the lock and open the door.
Creating Your Order
Once your laundry is secured in the locker, create your order through the booking system.

Providing this information helps us process your order correctly and avoid delays.
What Happens Next?
Once our laundry team begins processing your order, you'll receive an automatic notification advising that your order is being worked on.
If we need clarification or there is a variation between the service requested and the service required, we'll contact you before charging your card.
When your order is complete, you'll receive a collection notification containing:

Already Booked Online?
If you've already booked and paid for a laundry service order through our website but cannot attend during staffed hours, you may leave your laundry in a locker.
Please send a text message to the store's normal contact number 0491622863 (not the locker system number) with:

Your name

Locker number
This allows our team to match your online booking with the laundry you've placed in the locker.
If you've already booked and paid for your laundry service through our website, our team will securely transfer your booking information into our in-store booking system (SMRT Systems). This enables us to communicate with you throughout your order, including when your laundry is being processed and when it's ready for collection.

Turnaround Times
Monday to Thursday
Orders received before 11:00am are typically ready by 2:00pm the following day.
Friday to Sunday
Orders received after 11:00am Friday are generally processed from Monday and ready by 2:00pm the following day.
Same-Day Service
Same-day service may be available depending on workload. Please contact the store directly to check availability.
Priority Processing
Pre-booked orders receive priority over walk-in orders.
Need Assistance?
The Laundry Locker system uses automated notifications and booking confirmations.
Messages sent from 0483 926 662 are generated through our in-store SMRT booking system and may not be monitored after staff have finished for the day.
For urgent assistance, same-day requests or changes to an existing order, please contact The Speedy Bubble directly on 0491 622 863.
Privacy & Security
Customer information collected through the Laundry Locker booking system (SMRT Systems) is used only for communication relating to your laundry service.
Payment information is securely safeguarded through Stripe.
Our lockers are located inside The Speedy Bubble laundromats and are accessible during normal store opening hours:
5:00am – 11:30pm, 7 days per week
